We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector in the aviation industry. The candidate will work in accordance with DOE, POE, MOE, CAME, and other specifications, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the Quality Assurance Team, Maintenance, and Production Team.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and specifications.
* Facilitate communication and liaison within the Quality Assurance Team, Maintenance, and Production Team.
* Liaise, support, and attend audits of authorities, establishing audit checklists.
* Review and amend Organisation Expositions, Capability List, Procedures (Handbooks, Process Specifications, Technical Instructions), and Forms.
* Provide continuous detailed accounts of the overall current quality status.
* Prepare and perform internal training and briefing sessions related to internal procedures and other technical subjects.
* Prepare and update company manuals and procedures.
* Support Maintenance, Production, Design Organisation, and CAMO regarding application, extension, and renewal of Maintenance Licences and Internal Authorisations.
* Act as Quality Inspector for the Production, Maintenance, Design, and CAMO Organisation.
* Act as Internal Quality Auditor.
* Support the Manager QA and the Director QA in administrative and organisational aspects, particularly for the issuance, renewal, or changes of Approval Certificates.
Must-Haves:
* Several years of practical experience within the aviation environment.
* Active or former holder of Aircraft Maintenance Licence, preferably.
* Several years of experience in functions related to quality assurance and/or quality inspection.
* Auditing experience.
* Detailed knowledge of EASA Regulations Part 145, Part M-CAMO, and/or Part 21 Subpart G-J and Guidance Materials.
* Ability to establish and write handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports.
