Overview We are looking for a new member in the team of 9 for the preparation and processing of quotations and customer orders in the area of back office sales of the spare parts business. A solid technical and business understanding is essential for this position and is therefore a must. If you have a customer-orientated and structured way of working, if nothing upsets you too quickly and if you appreciate contact with customers by e-mail and telephone, then you are exactly the right person for this exciting job.
Responsibilities Preparation of quotations for spare parts, proactive and reactive to customer requests
Recording customer orders in the SAP system
Prioritising and initiating the dispatch of spare parts orders and subsequent invoicing
Monitoring delivery dates and communicating proactively with the customer in the event of delays
Identification & prioritisation of critical spare parts with the help of the technical documentation of our customers' equipment
Recording and processing customer complaints and warranty claims
Minimum Requirements Commercial or technical education with relevant professional experience or a degree in business administration or engineering
Proficient in the use of common MS Office programmes (Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) is a prerequisite
Experience in dealing with SAP MM & SD transactions is preferred
Good knowledge of German and/or English is required
