Job Description:
The company is currently exploring the Swiss market for a new hire of a Business Development Manager, for our Staff Leasing division, who will be located anywhere in Switzerland and will be directly reporting to our Market Leader of the Swiss Market.
We are looking for a customer-oriented candidate to join a growing team and to assist the company in expanding our customer database.
The incumbent should have a strong commercial approach, knowledge of the staffing services (TEMP/PERM, BPO, RPO, Direct Hire) and a broad network within the countries and assigned industries. Ideally, he/she should be target-driven as will be responsible for meeting demanding sales goals.
The job could be done fully remotely.
Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Business Development/Sales:
Drive the market business development strategy in the countries and industries assigned
Coordinate with other country Market Leaders to create pan-European and Global value propositions
Cooperate with the European Marketing team specific actions for the assigned countries and industries
Cooperate with our Lead generation Team, create opportunities, meet clients and negotiate contracts until closing
Create a network of sales partners and diversified sales channels
Experience:
Good expertise in Business Development within the Staffing industry in an international environment
Previous professional experience in a staffing company
Skills/Qualifications
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and sales employees
Demonstrate exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Commitment to excellent customer service
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Languages:
Any additional foreign languages French or German will be an asset.

Academic background:
Bachelor degree in HR, marketing, sales, or business administration preferred;
Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
