YOUR ROLE
To support the growth of our Financial Services Practice, we are looking for several Consultants specialized in Private Banking, to support our clients in their digital transformation. Your role will involve coordinating with internal partners, reviewing processes, and advising clients on improvements.
Setting up a framework based on experience and Capgemini's methodology;
Coordinating with internal partners such as Front, Middle and Back office staff to obtain required information and applicable documentation related to client onboarding and KYC production;
Reviewing the Onboarding & KYC processes, and advising clients on processes convergence if possible and align processes with vendors' solution capabilities;
Identifying potential sources of improvements to rationalize the processes and reduce risks and costs implied;
Analyzing gaps of target solution out of the box processes in adopt perspective;
Driving workshops with multicultural and diverse stakeholder interests.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting firms, with a record of expertise and accomplishment;
Solid understanding of the Private Banking IT system (at least 2-3 years of working experience specifically in Wealth Management) and of best practices. As well, good knowledge of private banking processes (onboarding, static data management, CRM/CLM, KYC/AML, data governance policy) and understanding of business activities, compliance/risk issues;
Experience in projects implementing CRM solutions in Wealth Management, such as Finantix and WDX is a plus;
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative personality, ability to frame complex concepts into easy-to-understand information for stakeholders;
Good capabilities to work autonomously, with little guidance, and still get things done;
Fluent in both English and French.
