For one of our clients, a small bank based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Financial Operations & Administrative Coordinator to join as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
* Entering stock exchange statements and updating the securities database.
* Manage and coordinate with the trading team.
* Handling various correspondence and administrative tasks.
* Welcoming visitors and managing incoming phone calls.
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of banking operations.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
* Excellent writing skills in French.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
