In this role you will be accountable for:Responsible for application management of our CRM system SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud, with a focus on C4C Sales CloudSupport international implementation projects and day-to-day operations Define and implement interfaces to systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Self-Service Portal, Offering Tools and e-Commerce platform, in collaboration with involved application managers and developersEvaluate solution concepts of CRs in terms of feasibility, risks and process/function standardizationSpecify and implement CRs, including technical specification required by developers or for interfacesCustomize the system including documentationTrain and transfer knowledge to key users and process owners To succeed in this role, you will need:Education degree in IT, Business Administration, or a similar field (FH / University)Profound understanding of CRM application managementKnowledge of SAP C4C Sales and Service CloudKnowledge of SAP ERP, especially SAP SD and/or CS, is preferredWillingness to travel, especially during rollout projects, with less travel afterwardFluent in English (spoken and written); German and other languages are advantageousTeam spirit and professional communication skillsCollaborative team player with a strong focus on user needsSystematic thinker who effectively translates insights into actionable steps jid9577928a jit0313a jiy25a
