The Role
As Head of Product at ShareP, you’ll lead the charge in shaping the future of our next-generation parking and EV charging platform. As a vital strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, you will define and execute our product vision, driving innovation, user-centric design, and operational excellence. You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—while ensuring our offerings align with market needs and company goals. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on product management, empowering ShareP to unlock new growth opportunities and cement its status as a market leader in urban mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership:
1. Partner with the CEO and executive team to craft a long-term product strategy that turns ambitious company objectives into actionable roadmaps.
2. Define and champion key product KPIs, using customer insights, market trends, and data analysis to guide ShareP’s strategic priorities.
Product Development & Execution:
1. Oversee the design, development, and launch of innovative features and solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and a seamless user experience.
2. Implement best-in-class product management processes and tools, fostering agility and collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams.
3. Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research to drive product planning and prioritization, supporting new feature launches, market expansions, and strategic partnerships.
4. Lead special projects such as platform enhancements, pricing experiments, or integrations with EV infrastructure, grounding decisions in robust insights and customer value.
5. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine our go-to-market approach, ensuring product offerings are positioned for maximum adoption and impact.
6. Collaborate on customer proposals and key partnerships, ensuring product capabilities align with client needs and long-term business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:
1. Create compelling product narratives, roadmaps, and updates for the board, investors, and internal teams, delivering clear, actionable insights that inspire confidence and alignment.
2. Maintain a regular cadence of executive-level reporting on product performance, user engagement, and roadmap progress, fostering transparency and accountability.
Cultural Stewardship & Team Development:
1. Build a culture of creativity, customer obsession, and continuous improvement within the Product team and across the broader organization.
2. Mentor and grow a high-performing product team, cultivating talent capable of driving ShareP’s ambitious growth trajectory.
What We're Looking For:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree or MBA a plus).
2. 3-5 years of experience in a strategic product management role within a high-growth startup, top-tier tech company, or consulting environment.
3. Proven track record of building and launching successful products, with strong skills in product strategy, roadmapping, and user-centered design.
4. Experience implementing modern product development frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, Jira, Figma), ideally in a fast-paced or zero-to-one setting.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and trade-offs to diverse audiences—from engineers to executives to customers.
6. Comfort thriving in ambiguity, with a knack for prioritizing effectively and making high-impact decisions with incomplete data.
7. Emotional intelligence, collaboration, and a team-oriented mindset that builds trust and inspires cross-functional alignment.
8. A valid driver’s license and eagerness to test our solutions in real-world scenarios, staying connected to the end-user experience.
