We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of a pharmaceutical facility construction project. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the construction of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, MHRA, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Oversee the installation of critical pharmaceutical equipment and infrastructure.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
Strong knowledge of GMP standards, cleanroom construction, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
