Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage data analysis to drive strategic marketing decisions and optimize investments.
* Implement and manage the Freud marketing strategy across countries while maintaining alignment with global guidelines.
* Maintain transparency and efficiency in communication-budget spending across regions.
* Collaborate with sales teams and third parties to develop retail partner-specific marketing implementation plans.
* Navigate stakeholder dynamics and resolve conflicts proactively.
* Provide guidance and resources to execute marketing strategies effectively within assigned regions.
* Meet key performance indicators and continuously seek opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Requirements:
* University degree in business administration or marketing.
* Good understanding of marketing principles (B2B and B2C) and industrial markets.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
