As an Account Manager in wealth management, you will support the Senior Partner in the day-to-day servicing of our clients. You will play a key role in preparing reports and handling administrative tasks to ensure that the Senior Partner works efficiently and achieves their objectives.
Tasks Support of the Senior Partner:
Assisting in the monitoring and management of investment portfolios
Independent, proactive support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and investment proposals
Managing correspondence and communication with clients and business partners
Responding to inquiries and providing information to clients
Business Support Tasks:
Organising and coordinating meetings and appointments
Assisting in the preparation and management of contractual documents, account openings, and other legal documentation
Reviewing compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Taking independent responsibility for coordinating internal processes
Welcoming clients and business partners, and handling all tasks that contribute to the first-class image of an exclusive wealth management firm
Supporting the further development of internal business and management processes
Basic assistant tasks are also part of this role.
Requirements Successfully completed commercial training or university degree, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of experience in an assistant role within an exclusive, demanding environment (wealth management, private banking, family office, etc.)
Proven track record in servicing clients in wealth management or private banking with complex requirements (onboarding new clients, maintaining and expanding existing relationships)
Several years of experience in compliance matters as well as sound knowledge of current regulations and KYC-related requirements
Excellent organisational skills, a flexible and proactive working style with entrepreneurial thinking
High level of reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Outstanding communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with demanding clients and partners
Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage
