We're a leading global market maker, utilizing algorithmic trading and advanced technology to trade across multiple venues worldwide. Our goal is to provide liquidity to the crypto and traditional financial markets, driving efficiency for buyers and sellers.
Your Role
You'll be joining our Defi team, contributing to the development of our trading algorithms and software stack for various Defi venues. As a Quant dev, you'll work autonomously, making decisions, and collaborating with a flat team structure.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate on developing high-performance trading algorithms and platforms.
2. Design and implement cutting-edge trade execution and connectivity solutions.
3. Conduct research and analysis of Defi protocols using on-chain data and trading strategies.
4. Stay up-to-date on updates to Defi protocols.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
1. Must-haves:
* Proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, numerical modeling.
* Knowledge of cryptocurrency.
* Proficiency in one or more blockchain-related programming languages such as Go, Rust, Solidity, Move, etc.
* Comfortable working in a Linux R&D environment, including Git and related tools.
* Ability to conduct independent research.
* Proficiency in English.
1. Nice-to-haves:
* Experience in blockchain analytics, DeFi protocols, MEV.
* In-depth knowledge of concrete blockchains on conceptual and/or programming level.
* Hands-on programming experience in a quantitative trading environment.
* Deep understanding of the EVM and/or technical underpinnings of other blockchain ecosystems.
* Smart contract design and development expertise.
* Experience with cryptography libraries, digital signatures, hash algorithms.
