Job Overview
The Social Content Strategist will take a proactive, data-driven approach to shaping and executing Railbookers Group’s social media presence. This role goes beyond content creation, focusing on strategic growth, audience engagement, and campaign development that aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead the evolution of the company’s social strategy, identifying opportunities to expand reach, enhance brand visibility, and drive conversions through innovative digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance-Driven Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize social campaigns based on data insights, ensuring all initiatives contribute to measurable business outcomes such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
* Audience Growth & Engagement: Utilize data analytics and audience insights to develop tailored content strategies that proactively engage and expand key demographics.
* Content Innovation: Design and oversee the production of dynamic, platform-specific content that resonates with audiences, including short-form video, interactive campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
* Paid Social & Retargeting Strategy: Develop and oversee paid social media campaigns, including AdRoll and Meta Ads, to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and optimize ad spend efficiency.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Use A/B testing, audience segmentation, and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and ad performance.
* Trend Analysis & Expansion: Stay ahead of emerging social trends, algorithm changes, and new platform opportunities, recommending innovative strategies to keep Railbookers Group at the forefront of digital engagement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure social media initiatives support broader business goals.
* 2-4 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content marketing.
* Proven Track Record in ROI-Driven Social Media: Experience using data and analytics to demonstrate the financial impact of social media campaigns (e.g., lead generation, conversion tracking, and revenue growth).
* Experience with AdRoll (or similar) & Paid Media Platforms: Hands-on experience with AdRoll, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to execute and optimize paid campaigns.
* Proficiency in Analytics & Reporting Tools: Must have experience with Google Analytics, GA4, social media insights, and third-party analytics tools for performance tracking.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and work cross-functionally.
* Experience with influencer marketing, paid social media, and emerging platforms preferred.
* Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop), and video editing tools a plus.
