We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enrollment Project Director to join our leadership team in Zurich. This newly created senior role will play a pivotal role in helping to drive global enrollment initiatives, working in collaboration with central teams in Boston and Zurich, and across our 3 campuses. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enhancing the enrollment experience for students and families.
Qualifications:
* 3 to 5 years of project management experience preferably with a chosen methodology, PMP certification a plus
* 2 to 3 years of leadership experience preferably in a sales capacity
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, agile environment
* Creative problem solver with a track record of innovative thinking and execution.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to build consensus and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in using data analysis tools and the ability to translate information into actionable insights
* A proactive self-starter who demonstrates initiative and can work independently
* Strong presence with a reputation for positivity, integrity, professionalism, and approachability
* Strategic thinker with the ability to balance local and global initiatives effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Support overall enrollment strategy to drive and enhance enrollments across our 20+ markets
* Design and implement enrollment incentive races/competitions to stimulate engagement throughout the year
* Conduct thorough competition analyses for each school and market, providing actionable insights
* Perform ad hoc analyses to support enrollment leadership, focusing on efficiency by market and channel
* Continuously improve the agent strategy and enhance the agent platform, including the production of agent newsletter
* Facilitate agent fam trips and manage administration for onboarding processes
* Identify and share best practices across global teams
* In collaboration with Marketing and Tech, improve the family journey from acceptance to welcome days
* In collaboration with local managers, support the Customer Success Managers in driving projects and ensuring execution
* Support with the analysis of student and parent surveys
* Other strategic projects as needed
Event Management:
* Enrollment Global Sales Competition (known as May Mountain Mania)
* Head of Enrollment Meetings
* Bi-Annual Senior Leadership Team Meetings (depending on location)
* Production of global calls
* Other events/gatherings as needed throughout the year
Reporting and Growth: This position reports to the Executive Vice President, Zurich and offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development.
