About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in high-growth, ambiguous environments and support operational challenges that make a global impact. As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing top talent from North and South America to meet the hiring targets of our leading energy company.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing, recruitment, advertising, onboarding, and relocation activities for international and domestic staffing.
* Partnering with global teams to build effective sourcing strategies and manage expectations with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
* Recruiting passive candidates and gauging fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role.
* Advising candidate expectations and negotiating candidate compensation.
* Participating in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identifying top performers.
* Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
* Managing all candidate communication and engagement.
* Developing sourcing strategies and using techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract quality candidates.
* Developing a pipeline that generates candidates to meet future talent needs of the business.
* Providing HR services and support to address moderately complex problems or issues in the area of HR while maintaining the integrity of the company's policies and practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
* 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement in an agency or corporate environment.
* 2+ years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products.
* Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with top-tier talent and key stakeholders.
* International/global recruiting experience is desired.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of HR theory, the HR Lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.).
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting assigned areas.
* Understanding of Saudi Arabian culture is desired.
* Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English.
