Job Description: Crisalix is seeking an outstanding entrepreneur of Consumer Product Growth, who is already based in Geneva or Lausanne, with a proven track record on launching and building a viral consumer marketplace/product in luxury/niche verticals. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of creating highly successful viral apps and possess the strategic mindset to construct a model for our platform's growth, as well as exceptional execution skills and a strong focus on monetization. This is a consumer-focused role, and we are looking for someone with a robust entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a keen understanding of emerging opportunities and technologies. Responsibilities: Online B2 C Strategy and Business Model: Define and develop the online B2 C strategy and business model in collaboration with company founders, clients, and partners. Align strategies with short-term and long-term goals. Execution and Motivation: Propel operational excellence over mere strategic alignment; ignite and inspire internal stakeholders. Foster, expand, oversee, and fine-tune the consumer funnel for unparalleled optimization. Monetization: Build and maximize the monetization of the new unit using different income streams. Test and create solutions for business/commercialization scenarios. KPI Management: Responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, revenue growth, and cost acquisition optimization. Focus on community and engagement within the consumer environment. Consumer Acquisition: Increase consumer acquisition through effective viral features, SEO, PPC, programmatic, social/influencer marketing, and content marketing. Performance Analysis: Analyze performance and trends; recommend changes in strategy, pricing, and business models. Evaluate and oversee legal frameworks in different market targets. Market Understanding: Understand consumer needs through market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback. Monitor product releases, partnerships, acquisitions, news, and customer wins from key competitors. Skills and Qualifications: Top-notch in implementation. Experience in the aesthetic industry and/or medical field. Working experience of growth hacking for rapid growth. Consultative nature and customer-centric approach.
