Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Flexibility to work across multiple kitchen sections.
* Strong culinary and catering background.
* Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
* Knowledge of international cuisines and appreciation for cultural diversity.
* Pastry knowledge is a plus.
* A legal right to work in Switzerland is a must.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the kitchen management to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency.
* Take charge of your section, including ordering, preparation, and service.
* Step into other kitchen sections as needed (including pastry, with guidance).
* Delegate tasks and support junior team members.
* Maintain hygiene standards and proper food storage.
* Assist with stock control and inventory.
* Use working hours efficiently to maximize productivity.
* Adapt to changing circumstances and unexpected situations.
