We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Process Solutions team in Switzerland.
Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities
* Plan, delegate, and coordinate project tasks across engineering and other departments
* Oversee technical, financial, schedule, and quality aspects, ensuring alignment with KPIs and ESH standards
* Ensure compliance with all contractual project requirements and obligations
* Monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, scope changes, and resource needs
* Maintain up-to-date financial tracking (SAP), issue invoices, and follow up on payments
* Ensure timely decision-making and swift resolution of project issues
* Optimize costs and cash flow without compromising quality or schedule
* Report project progress and performance to stakeholders and senior management
* Identify and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
* Manage guarantee cases and ensure full compliance with change management procedures
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
* Experience: 7+ years in project management and engineering within process plants (Oil & Gas, chemicals, pharma)
* Education: Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
* Certifications: PMP or IPMA is a plus
* Languages: English required; German or French is a plus
* Technical Skills: Strong expertise in project delivery, engineering interfaces, and cross-department coordination
* Soft Skills: Team leadership, communication, and ability to work in multicultural environments
* IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project) and SAP
