MAIN MISSION
Support the commercialization of molecular syndromic assays by educating hospital staff (physicians, nurses, etc.) on clinical pathways and the utility of molecular syndromic testing. Work closely with the sales team (or distributors) to develop pre-sales and post-sales strategies, highlighting the clinical and economic value of testing. Drive revenue growth by increasing demand, prescriptions, and converting leads into customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Act as a clinical expert, engaging with leads to educate on the clinical utility of molecular syndromic testing.
* Collaborate with the commercial team (sales, marketing, medical advisors) to promote syndromic testing and increase prescriptions.
* Provide educational resources to physicians and hospital personnel on clinical pathways and clinical utility of molecular syndromic testing.
* Identify decision makers and present clinical and economic value to medical staff.
* Promote the syndromic approach and demonstrate product value through site visits.
* Coordinate hospital-wide education to drive demand and prescriptions.
* Deliver presentations and develop case studies in collaboration with the sales & marketing team.
* Track sales territory performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Stay updated on medical literature and competitor products.
* Participate in ASP meetings and collaborate with ID committees to influence clinical protocol changes.
YOUR PROFILE
Training & Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in nursing, PharmD, or similar healthcare experience required
* Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Infectious Disease Pharmacist, with experience in hospital-based clinical process implementation
* Strong clinical background; lab process experience is a plus
* Familiarity with infectious disease diagnosis, treatment, and/or microbiology/virology methods is desirable
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum of 5 years of continuous nursing experience or PharmD, combined with sales experience
* Willingness to demonstrate the clinical value of products in coordination with the business workforce
* Strong business acumen, integrity, and ability to build interdisciplinary consensus
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade based on strong scientific knowledge and organization of health facilities
* Team-oriented with a focus on implementing synergy actions and strong problem-solving skills
* Curiosity and a continuous learning spirit
* Strong collaboration, documentation, and presentation skills; superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with all levels of staff
* Ability to travel extensively
