The RoleHead of EHS Site CH 100% (m/w/d)In this role, you will be the contact person for our employees, management, and authorities on all topics related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection. You will actively promote and drive occupational safety and sustainability standards at CH sites. Additionally, you will provide support in close cooperation and alignment with all departments on site, especially Production and Engineering.Ensuring compliance concerning EHS, process safety, occupational health & safety, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, environmental protection, and corporate social responsibility incl. compliance to local lawsIssuing and updating and local official documents, i.e. SOPs, directives, and policies as well as generation and execution of EHS conceptsPerforming investigations related to EHS incidents at local levelConduction and coordination of EHS Training session at Site, in cooperation with the local departments to ensure / increase safety, health and environmentalMonitoring of EHS KPI’s at site such as number of incidents, occp. Hygiene, etc.Conducting of risk assessments and related evaluation of dataTakes on tasks in the area of dangerous goods in all modes of transport ensuring compliance concerning Fire Protection on all Buildings on SiteWho You AreDegree as Safety Advisor ASGS/EKAS or Safety EngineerSeveral years of experiences in an industrial environment, preferred in chemical or pharmaceutical company.Comprehensive understanding of swiss environmental, health and safety legislationAbility to work in a team & communicate efficiently in front of peopleTraining in the area of dangerous goods ADR/RID, IMDG, IATAExcellent german and English skills both verbal and writtenWe Are AcinoAt Acino, we push the boundaries to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products that improve patients’ lives.
