About the job: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and confident HR Business Partner based in Zurich, to join our P&C team and play a key role in the success of Synpulse.
As a P&C champion you will act as the main Business Partner to your stakeholders responsible for Zurich, Geneva and Paris.
You will provide guidance on people topics from Performance and Compensation to Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Employee Relations, and drive P&C excellence by establishing robust P&C processes. This role will report to the Head of P&C EMEA and coach our Zurich-based Senior P&C Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner.
Partner with local top management to execute global HR strategy in line with local business goals and objectives
Provide expert HR advice and support in all local P&C matters including organisational development, talent management and change management
Build and maintain effective partnerships within the P&C team regionally and globally, successfully deliver P&C initiatives & annual processes
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle with the support of our People Operations Specialist in Zurich and our regional People Operations team in Bratislava
Contribute to the continuous improvement of P&C processes and development of P&C policies in line with global P&C and in compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations
Supervise and ensure smooth payroll preparation in collaboration with our People Operations Specialist
Work in close collaboration with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring coherence of processes across TA and P&C and providing a seamless experience to all Synpulse new hires
Act as point of contact for external stakeholders, e.g. immigration authorities, benefits providers etc
About you: Qualifications and experience:
Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience and 2 years of team management in a fast-paced, multinational and matrix environment
Strong experience in a variety of P&C disciplines e.g. talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits
Solid knowledge and practical experience in payroll preparation
Proven track record of successfully executing on HR strategies and initiatives
Previous experience of working within a virtual global team
A degree in HR Management or comparable qualification
Experience in the consulting or Finance industry a strong advantage
Knowledge and skills:
Ability to influence and coach stakeholders and inspire confidence through timely, thorough and accurate delivery of information
In-depth knowledge and experience in Swiss law, P&C compliance and payroll
Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both German and English mandatory, French an advantage
Proficient in HRIS system and MS Office Suite
