Human Resources Specialist Role
This part-time position involves managing the full employee lifecycle for HR Operations procedures in Switzerland. As the main contact person, you will be responsible for holding the body leasing license for Luxoft Switzerland and creating reports as needed. This is a dynamic role that requires an adaptable individual who can prioritize tasks based on business needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Swiss Labour Law and Payroll, as well as strong communication skills to build relationships with local authorities and employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
* Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and approvals from Swiss authorities.
* Ensure company compliance with Swiss employment laws related to leasing.
* Coordinate country payroll management and oversee vendor relations.
* Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, mandatory training, and exit procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and produce necessary reports.
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent level of attainment.
* Strong understanding of Labour Law and HR Best practices.
* Experience working with HR & Payroll admin processes.
* Fluency in English; German proficiency preferred.
