Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development and implementation of an exceptional Apprenticeship Program, including onboarding, education programs, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with key external stakeholders, such as authorities, schools, and partners, ensuring alignment with Swiss apprenticeship regulations and objectives.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline and enhance program processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
* Deliver consistent, transparent communication to apprentices and business units, while promoting the program across various channels to boost its visibility and appeal.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support apprentice development and monitor market trends to drive program innovation and success.
* Assist in organizing and executing program-related events, ensuring they deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Commercial EFZ with continued studies HF, FH or equivalent.
* 8+ years' work experience.
* Fluent in German (native preferred) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience with Apprenticeship Programs and a comprehensive understanding of Swiss regulations.
* Background as a Vocational Education Trainer (Berufsbildner:in) is advantageous.
* Strong project management skills with a history of strategic planning and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated passion for nurturing young talent and a proactive approach to identifying future leaders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote).
Additional Information:
This position is based in Zug, with flexibility regarding workload and scheduling. We offer a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
