Strategic Account Executive - DACH Client: Camunda

What you'll be doing:
Driving ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary.
Support Camunda’s strategic accounts and provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales.
Develop, update, execute and coordinate execution on strategic account plans.
Prospecting and developing accounts while providing direction to the collaborating account development team.
Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership.
Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, Field CTO, and Partners to understand and support customer use cases.
Ensuring long-term strategic success for both the Customer and Camunda.
What you bring:
Multiple years of experience owning complex sales cycles including relationship building with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to proactively and strategically develop enterprise accounts.
Coaching and leadership mindset towards other members of the account team.
Experience managing negotiations with multiple procurement and legal contacts.
Familiarity with enterprise use cases for the process automation stack.
Accountability and detail-oriented; desire for continuous growth and development.
Ability to accurately and consistently forecast.
Willingness to travel and comfortable in a remote-first environment.
Fluency in German and English.
Nice-to-haves:
Ability to easily travel to major accounts.
Experience using and documenting MEDDICC for internal sales communications and planning.
Experience selling Enterprise products that involve open source licensing considerations.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camunda in our entities is as follows:
United States: $259,900.00 to $389,800.00
Germany: €172,800.00 to €259,200.00
United Kingdom: £168,400.00 to £252,600.00
Singapore: S$322,800.00 to S$484,100.00
