What exactly you will do here:
* Drive service improvements to enhance productivity, working closely with business units and enabling functions such as Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
* Promote and advocate new concepts and ideas in collaboration with business units, Strategy & Architecture, and IT.
* Translate business needs into requirements, and design digital and business solutions in collaboration with Developers, Architecture, and Core Banking Solutions for implementation.
* Provide centralized incident handling and change support for business services and applications under the team's responsibility.
* Develop long term solutions and improvements for recurring incidents that require process optimization.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in technical or business management.
* Work experience in the financial sector (Credit Cards preferred).
* Experience and a solid understanding of business and/or IT service management.
* Excellent analytical, networking, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand and integrate various aspects and requirements from a holistic perspective.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in both English and German.
