Our client—a leader in high-tech manufacturing—is looking for an experienced Yield Engineering & Process Integration Manager to lead a critical function at the heart of their operations.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Industrialize Innovation: Drive the transition of new technologies and products from qualification into mass production—boosting yield, reliability, and process capability.
* Own Process Control: Take charge of fab-level electrical monitoring, reliability testing, and corrective action processes.
* Problem-Solve in Real-Time: Oversee daily production metrics, analyse deviations, and manage material disposition during non-conformance events.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Process Development, Operations, Business Units, and Technical Services to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle.
* Set Strategic Direction: Define departmental priorities in sync with the company’s strategic goals and act as a key contributor to process and material review boards.
* Benchmark Excellence: Lead competitive analysis, manage relationships with external wafer foundries, and apply industry best practices to continuously raise the bar.
What You Bring:
* A degree in Microelectronics or a related engineering field.
* 11+ years in a high-tech environment, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
* Deep expertise in Product Yield Engineering, Process Integration, and IC Manufacturing.
* A proven track record in new product introduction, including layout review and design rule compliance.
* Hands-on experience in automotive-grade IC manufacturing, with knowledge of core tools, data analysis, and risk-based thinking.
* Leadership training/certification is a strong asset.

* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* A proactive mindset with sharp analytical thinking.
* Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
* Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
