Description:
1. The mission of the Head of IT OT Infrastructure Operations & Engineering is to provide senior-level IT infrastructure management and leadership within the Global IT Infrastructure landscape. Responsible for the Global IT OT Infrastructure Operations & Engineering team who are providing the Global operations and end to end technical design and delivery services for each domain.
2. Responsible for setting and driving execution of the strategic agenda and roadmap of change that drives both business performance and technical progression in terms of modern technology practices, security and architecture.
3. Member of the Global IT Infrastructure Leadership Team.
4. Oversee and monitor the services to ensure stability, integrity and business continuity.
5. Ensure all services are delivered according to agreed SLAs and business needs are met.
6. Partner with IT Leadership and other key stakeholders to shape global demand and ensure effective alignment of IT investments and business requirements.
7. Accountable to drive continuous improvements, standardization and harmonization, to champion technical excellence, automation and simplification and to create an environment for innovation within the infrastructure systems.
8. Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing infrastructure environments through the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of well documented standards and procedures for the implementation of scalable technical solutions.
9. Oversee the implementation of Infrastructure Engineering related projects to ensure they are completed in accordance with project goals, time scales and costs.
10. Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within IT Infrastructure scope.

Responsibilities:
People: 5-10 direct reports and 20 indirect reports.
Budget: Responsible to perform Budget management activities to track and manage costs and to perform financial planning and analysis activities. Budget responsibility: 10M USD.

Skills
1. 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
2. Technical experience with VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Linux Server, Storage, and Backup.
3. Expertise in network architecture, routing, switching and security.
4. Knowledge of cloud networking and Software-Defined Networking.
5. Knowledge of security hardening and best practices.
6. Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
7. Manage relationships with service providers and evaluate products and services to meet the organization's needs.
8. Demonstrated experience in communication with all levels including executive leadership, both verbally and written.
9. Proven experience with simplification, standardization, and automation skills.
10. Drive cultural and technological disruption.
11. Experience building, scaling & monitoring infrastructure needed within the Infrastructure services.
12. Strong Leadership and team-building skills.
13. Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions.
14. Technical infrastructure knowledge.
15. Experience in large, multi-national organizations.
