Talent Success Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Success Manager to support our talent experience for our growing population of legal talent. This role will guide Axiom legal talent throughout their experience, ensuring their skills are matched to exciting client opportunities.
The Talent Success Manager will work in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition and Sales teams to provide advice and guidance on hiring the right legal talent to meet client demands.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as primary partner for a group of lawyers and legal professionals in defined legal practice areas.
* Manage our legal talent, from hire through retirement, providing a best-in-class talent and client experience.
* Develop a deep understanding of the skills, practice areas, and industry experience of our legal talent.
* Deliver against client requests for talent in your legal practice areas.
* Deploy expert knowledge of our legal talent to shape client needs.
* Build strong relationships with legal talent and manage communications throughout the engagement process.
* Manage client expectations and work with internal cross-functional teams.
* Interview and assess candidates in your practice areas.
* Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to build your talent bench.
* Focus on retention of our legal talent.
* Provide a single point of contact for our legal talent.
* Maintain current information in Axiom systems.
* Meet key Talent Success metrics.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience within a legal services provider, professional services firm, law firm, recruitment agency, or corporate in-house environment.
* Strong team player with experience collaborating with other business teams.
* Urgency to match our legal talent with the right client opportunities.
* Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with senior-level lawyers and/or clients.
* Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
* Highly organized and able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Native High German and English language capabilities (written and verbal).
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
* Authorized to work in Zurich on a full-time basis.
