The job title for this role is: Reliability Engineer Facilities and Utilities
Responsibilities: Improving the reliability of equipment, critical systems, and maintenance processes by applying the principles of Reliability Engineering program.
Apply Root Cause Analysis methodologies to improve equipment that support manufacturing operations in a dynamic, fast-paced cGMP, biotechnology environment.
Measure reliability performance and demonstrate success of improvements.
Optimizing maintenance costs by analyzing data to identify and reduce costs associated with equipment failures.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, reliability analyses, and compliance audits.
Ensuring compliance of equipment and installations with industry regulations (GMP, FDA).
Coordinating with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure installations meet operational needs and quality requirements.
Lead reliability driven actions that require independent and/or collaborative judgment.
Support capital projects as needed.
May be assigned other duties.
Minimum Requirements: Professional experience - minimum 5 years (background facilities and utilities in pharmaceutical industry - GMP environment).
Education - engineering level - university.
Language: French spoken and written / English spoken and written.
