* Ensure all cases are handled according to policies and regulations.
* Maintain quality and efficiency in a back-office setting.
* Stay updated on digital content regulations and platform policies.
Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A fluent command of German (C1+) and English (B2+).
* A Portuguese Residence Card or EU Citizenship.
* Availability to start in early March.
* Strong attention to detail and an interest in the digital world.
