To strengthen our Corporate Infrastructure team, we are looking for an:
YOUR ROLE
* Maintain core services used worldwide, primarily hosted in Switzerland
* Handle day-to-day incidents, service requests, and changes at an engineering level (Level 3 support), following ITIL best practices
* Contribute to security patching and improvement initiatives
* Actively participate in project implementation, from proposal to delivery, identifying optimizations and suggesting new solutions
* Write and/or enhance technical documentation
* Share knowledge and continuously develop your technical skills
* May be required to work on rare occasions during weekends
Essential Technical Skills:
* Server virtualization: VMware vSphere (most important) + Hyper-V – 5+ years of experience
* Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
* Federated identity: SAML, ADFS, Okta
* Familiarity with ISO 27001 or CMMI standards
Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
* Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
* Excellent communication skills and team spirit
* Autonomous and self-driven
* Fluent in English and French
