IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the company’s ICT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cybersecurity.
* Provide on-site support for computers, peripherals, laboratory instruments, and network systems.
* Train and onboard new employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity protocols.
* Plan and manage the IT budget and oversee IT procurement to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:
* Information Technologist or B.Sc. in Informatics, System Engineering, or a related discipline.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT user support.
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, MCSA, or comparable.
* Fluency in English (B2+) required; German is a plus.
Day-to-Day:
As the primary IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s ICT infrastructure.
