What's the role? As part of a multi-disciplinary development team, you are the leading force for securing product lifecycle incl. management of our key technologies in Direct Fastening. You will interact with various suppliers, colleagues from other production plants as well as multiple stakeholders in development, quality, supply and marketing.
This full time position is available as soon as possible.
What does the role involve? You will be working in a cross-functional team of technology experts and development engineers with different backgrounds. You will be responsible for a specific product group/system and together with colleagues from development, marketing, testing, quality and supply you will ensure constant product availability at a high quality, safety and cost level. The role is technical at its base, ranging from technical analysis to development of improved product solutions that you will implement in serial production lines. Within the role, you will have the opportunity to learn about different product portfolios, related technologies and processes. Beyond that, you’ll build up a strong network within the company. This mix will give you the opportunity to build a solid foundation for your future personal development within the engineering community as example expert role or technical project management.

What you need is: Bachelor/Master degree/PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechatronics or similar fields
Passion for product development and in general for technology, and the ability to promote your work with a good and efficient stakeholder management
A getting-things-done approach and target-oriented mindset
You are collaborative, and can stand your ground in team and management discussions
Strong communication skills in English (proficiency in German will be an asset)
