Medtronic is hiring a Sales Representative Venous & Embolization responsible for promoting and selling products and solutions in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (except Bern, Solothurn, Basel and Baselland).
In the role, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager Aortic & Peripheral Vascular Health for the Alpine region.
A Day in the Life
• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build, develop and strengthen long-term relationships with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals
• Pursue leads, assess needs, provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services
• Establish education initiatives for the company's products and services
• Conduct market research, including customers and competitors activities
• Implement market development plans and strategies
• Discuss customer feedback on new products and modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations and Marketing
Must Haves
• University degree.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in interactions with senior external stakeholders.
• Capability to effectively articulate in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to details.
• Up to 80% travel requested.
Nice to Haves
• Fluency in another European language, preferably French.
• Working knowledge of company products and services.
• 3 years of relevant, commercial experience.
• Excellent in anticipation and planning, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and agility to change.
• Experience in following strict procedures and compliance rules.
