Job Description:
Program Management
1. Plan, coordinate, and organize modules and learning expeditions.
2. Manage online classroom system for learning materials (OLAT).
3. Serve as the first point of contact for students and lecturers.
4. Supervise Program Management Assistant.
Admissions and Marketing
1. Support and manage candidates throughout the application process.
2. Develop or edit social media posts to promote the EMBA programs.
3. Promote the EMBA programs to candidates through various channels.
4. Support candidate acquisition at events and fairs.
5. Utilize CRM and candidate application system to manage candidates and students.
Finance
1. Prepare invoices for students and payments to teaching staff.
Project Management
1. Develop and manage projects to implement new tools and processes that enhance the learning experience.
Your Profile:
1. Hold a university or FH degree.
2. possess good language skills in German and English on a near-native level.
3. have knowledge of MS Office programs, CMS, and CRM (an advantage).
4. demonstrate affinity to social media and flair for writing and presenting.
5. exhibit excellent communication skills, flair for writing and presenting.
6. be able to connect with applicants, students, and lecturers.
7. demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. be highly customer-focused and assertive in a positive way.
9. lead students and stakeholders using a coaching style.
10. possess international experience and cultural sensitivity.
11. have a good sense of humor.
12. hold experience in customer-centric environments.
13. have experience in managing executive education programs with international participants.
14. have experience in international academic admissions and EMBA program management in FT ranked programs.
