About the role

What you'll do
1. Drafting legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e.g. final terms/pricing supplements)
2. Being the primarily responsible person for several base prospectuses
3. Reviewing legal documentation for financial products according to internal and external guidelines
4. Contributing to (regulatory) projects and initiatives
5. Supporting automation of processes and regulatory documents
6. Managing relationships with internal and external parties (law firms, regulators, and exchanges) in terms of legal documentation and related processes
7. Answering regulatory queries and questions around financial products together with all relevant stakeholders (such as Product Management, Middle Office, Trading)
8. Providing internal advice in respect of the documentation, issuance and listing of structured products, as well as regulatory and legal implementation matters
What you'll need
1. Master's degree in law or finance/economics with strong legal and regulatory interest
2. Experience in the financial sector
3. Knowledge in the area of financial derivatives and structured products
4. Strong interest in complex and new legal and regulatory topics
5. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to take initiative and to work independently and under pressure, manage own goals and set priorities
7. Fluent in business English
