Based in Athens with the option for hybrid work, your responsibilities will include assessing performance, addressing sales challenges, and offering innovative solutions to drive growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Provide tailored advice to boost client sales performance

* Reporting: Track key metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proficiency in German (C2 level)
* Proficiency in English (C1 level)
* EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
* Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
* A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
