SAP HCM Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) – Switzerland
A leading international organisation is seeking a skilled and dedicated SAP HCM Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join their expanding HR-IT team in Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and play a key role in supporting and developing their SAP HCM system landscape.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and drive further development of the SAP HCM system, focusing on the Swiss Payroll module.
* Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and provide expert advice on potential solutions (75% service/support, 25% project work), including creating blueprints and detailed specifications.
* Implement solutions using customisations, schemas, and rules.
* Implement annual legal requirement updates, including applying patches.
* Deliver presentations and training sessions.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, with a strong focus on Swiss payroll.
* Proven experience in operational project work and independent project management.
* Strong ability to independently implement requirements using schemas and rules.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to HR clients within an international setting.
* A proactive approach to knowledge sharing and supporting colleagues.
* Fluent German is essential; English language skills are beneficial.
