What you´ll get to do
- Coordinate education department’s creative projects and retail tools, both digital and non-digital (including apps).
- Builds and maintains a comprehensive information system for a variety of Education materials such as product knowledge, display concepts, sales techniques, promotion programs, and system/procedural requirements.
- Responsible for updating product fact sheets and teaching templates for launches.
- Works closely with Director of Education on ongoing communication of the strategy within the organization.
- Approaches all tasks with an innovative mindset necessary to improve and support sales and project development.
- Ensures timely end-to-end ordering and shipping process: Initiates orders and shipping of education materials, Allocation, Tracking and availability of required products, gifts, collaterals, samples, and equipment for training.
- Manages budget and administration of all education projects, including but not limited to: Preparing cost comparison and analysis for major travel expenses, Maintaining travel and expense budget, Preparing expense reports
- Establishing and maintaining KPIs that will measure effectiveness of all training formats.

- Detail oriented multitasker with proven track record of timely preparation, coordination and facilitation of training projects. Excited to deliver on tight deadlines and work on multiple projects at any given time.
- Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe. Must be able to modify files to customize presentations with videos.
- Demonstrated operational effectiveness of educational programs, problem-solving mind set.
- Bachelor's Degree or four years of related work experience (plus any additional required experience)
- 3-5 years’ of related experience in Education, Field Development, Retail Sales, Instructional Design or Team Training.
- Experience working with EMEA retailers and their education platforms/ initiatives.
- Can work effectively with manager and teams, but also independently.
