Summary
You will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, overseeing board and executive management meetings, and delivering audits to our internal audit clients locally and internationally. This role offers extensive learning opportunities and in-depth insights into the financial services industry.
Your Tasks
1. Manage client portfolios from start to finish, including board and executive management meetings, and presentations.
2. Oversee the delivery of audits at our internal audit clients, guiding teams through planning, execution, and reporting phases.
3. Contribute to business process development, governance, risk management, and internal controls through audits and project work.
4. Operational lead projects at our internal audit clients to transform their functions, making them more agile and modern.
5. Support business development activities, including publications and speaker engagements.
6. Continuously develop technical expertise and soft skills through on- and off-the-job training, acquiring in-depth knowledge of various clients.
7. Collaborate with a diverse, motivated, and young team in an international network, with opportunities to work across teams and countries to broaden experience.
Your Profile
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, and/or Controlling.
2. 5+ years of professional experience in the financial services sector, audit, and/or consulting.
3. Proven track record of leading projects and teams from start to finish.
4. Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to connect risk topics to business processes.
5. Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally.
6. Excellent communication skills and a convincing demeanor.
7. Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented individual who takes responsibility from the start and thrives in an environment with active coaching and feedback.
8. Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
