What impact do you have?
1. You advise and support our team leaders on personnel management, as well as employees on HR-relevant matters throughout the entire employee life cycle.
2. You fill technical and leadership positions in close cooperation with the line management and ensure successful onboarding.
3. As an ambassador for the company culture and a mood barometer, you are in regular exchange with your stakeholders.
4. You conduct discussions, lead through conflicts, accompany change processes, and moderate workshops and training sessions in different departments.
5. You actively participate in projects or manage them fully.
6. In close cooperation with the whole HR Team, you ensure that processes run smoothly and that our customers are the center of attention.
What do you offer?
1. Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science) in personnel management, psychology, or business administration.
2. 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
3. Language skills: English and German fluent; French is a big plus.
4. High business acumen and KPI driven.
5. High communicativeness in a target group-specific way, ease to collaborate with various stakeholders and to switch context.
6. SAP Success Factors knowledge is a plus.
7. You enjoy tackling and implementing topics with a lot of initiative and room for manoeuvre.
