You will supervise the various professionals working around the care and will also be responsible for coordinating care with other sectors of the external networks and the patients' families.WE OFFERThe Nant is tasked with organizing and providing care for the East Vaud region. The Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy service consists of hospital units with a total of 56 beds. The primary mission of the hospital is to provide acute care in a setting of intensive and crisis care. The hospital also aims to develop a community project upon discharge, integrating care, housing, and social reintegration to varying degrees. Hospital care is conceptualized according to the model of integrated treatment and psychotherapy, combining environmental, psychopharmacological, and social care. The treatment and the establishment of post-hospital care plans are done in collaboration with the patients' families and their care networks. Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers.WE ARE LOOKING FORAn experienced doctor, holding a FMH in psychiatry (or equivalent), with experience in supervising a multidisciplinary team and capable of developing and implementing institutional projects. We are looking for someone who can unite a team and wants to use their skills for the benefit of the patients.
