Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and commercialize targeted business approaches and operative pricing strategies to drive the Mammalian BU's expansion strategy, ensuring sustainable delivery of sales and profitability growth targets.
* Drive business offerings (new and optimization of existing ones) and business models strategies through market understanding, customer needs, and competition.
* Launch offerings to commercial teams in alignment with strategic marketing, including trainings, support in customer discussions, negotiations, etc.
* Determine pricing strategy and business guidelines to manage customer and product portfolio for healthy growth profit and capacity utilization.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial landscape and identify market growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* MSc in life sciences or Ph.D. and MBA preferred, with knowledge across mammalian development/IND requirements and CMC activities/commercial launch and long-term supply.
* Excellent understanding of Biopharma and CMO market trends, with ability to present at conferences and organize events.
* Strong technical and commercial international background with advanced business experience in pharmaceutical supply industry, including contract terminology and negotiation.
