The Position: Our Global Product Strategy (GPS) team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving the strategic direction of our innovative product portfolio. As a member of the GPS team, you will be at the forefront of transforming groundbreaking scientific discoveries into accessible and impactful healthcare solutions for patients worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Therapeutic Areas, Disease Areas, and Lifecycle teams as well as key internal and external stakeholders to enable the adoption of Roche’s assets by identifying, prioritizing, developing, in-licensing, and deploying digital health solutions.
2. Lead, oversee, and mentor the Digital Health Leads to develop high-quality and efficient solutions, instilling a culture of high performance, accountability, and empowerment.
3. Ensure clear linkage to Roche Pharma’s ambition and oversee governance processes to secure sponsorship from DA/TA Heads and senior leadership.
4. Organize the team and manage resources to ensure the discovery of digital health solutions aligned with the DA/asset needs, and oversee their development and deployment.
5. Maintain an understanding of the external digital health landscape and comprehend common success and failure points in digital health solution implementation and adoption.
6. Create an environment of transparency, fast value creation, rigorous prioritization, and customer centricity.
Who You Are:
1. 10+ years of relevant experience in digital health or related domains with increasing responsibility and a proven track record in a leadership role, from strategic planning to execution and results.
2. Technical and business domain knowledge in commercialization, including customer strategy, marketing, digital health, medical and product access.
3. Strong vision and experience developing organizational commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the interconnections between lifecycle development and commercialization.
4. Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
5. Strong understanding of how to mobilize teams across various organizational interfaces to achieve strong results.
6. Demonstrated ability to make tough decisions and trade-offs around resources to achieve organizational goals.
7. MBA or other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Healthcare, Digital Health, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
