Your team: With the mission of creating a home where all brands (including our own) are safe, the Information Security Office never misses a chance to be the trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders. Security, pragmatism, and user friendliness are our guiding principles. Outside of work, we’re gamers, avid bookworms, and kickboxers.
Your mission: In this role, you’ll work directly with customers on security assessments to help them feel confident in our practices. You’ll also create engaging security awareness campaigns that keep our company informed about emerging threats, and support in audits to ensure we exceed industry standards. Your responsibilities:
* Customer assurance - You’ll take ownership of customer communication, security questionnaires annexes, and customer-initiated audits. You’ll contribute to external visibility efforts including customer security documentation and marketing materials.
* Awareness trainings - You’ll promote a security-conscious culture by researching awareness initiatives, and delivering trainings that go beyond classic, video-based trainings.
* Information security governance - You’ll support certification programs and audits, ensuring that Frontify meets or even better, exceeds industry standards. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure security best practices are integrated into company-wide operations.
Your story
* You feel comfortable coming to our office in St. Gallen 1-2 times a week.
* You’re an information security generalist with 3+ years of experience, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
* You have experience in customer security assurance, and are comfortable owning security inquiries (responding to questionnaires, RFPs, calls, etc.).
* You have previously conducted awareness trainings and enjoy driving initiatives.
* You have knowledge of industry standards and risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2). Any previous experience in supporting certification and audit processes is a plus.
* You’re a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* You have proven project management skills and a good ability to manage multiple requests in a dynamic environment.
* You speak English fluently, and proficiency in German is a plus.
