Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized intern to support our team in daily facilities management, financial coordination, administrative follow-up, and fleet management.
Responsibilities
* Support the Facilities Management team on various tasks related to Facility Management.
* Manage Health & Safety (H&S) compliance: organize mandatory training, follow up on medical checks, and coordinate safety requirements.
* Communicate policies, procedures, service interruptions, and emergency protocols to employees.
* Support sustainability initiatives with local leaders and "Green Lab" members.
Finance Coordination and Administration
* Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and payments for general services providers.
* Handle financial data reconciliation for reimbursements and ensure accuracy in accounting systems.
* Monitor invoicing related to mobility, including transport subscriptions and electric vehicles.
Fleet Management
* Oversee the company's car fleet, including contract management, invoicing, and administrative follow-up.
* Monitor and optimize costs related to electric vehicles in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
* Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding company cars and maintenance requests.

Requirements
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable with Excel and IT tools (SAP is a plus).
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail.
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
* Fluent in French and English, German language is a plus.
