* Full responsibility for your own station – from mise en place to the final plate presentation
* Creative input in developing new dishes and menus in close collaboration with the Head Chef
* Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP regulations
* Leading and motivating your team, including training Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chefs
* Close coordination with other stations and departments to ensure a smooth service flow
* Optimizing processes and actively contributing to the further development of our culinary concept
Expected from 01.06.2025 - Season (3-4 months),
* Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
* Passion for excellent products and a meticulous eye for presentation
* Structured and organized working style – able to stay on top of things even in high-pressure situations
* A team player with leadership skills and the ability to mentor young talents
* Creativity and openness to innovative trends and culinary developments
* Languages: Italian required, additional languages are a plus
