Responsibilities Autonomous handling of a defined population
Contact person for employees and managers regarding HR topics
Personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
Management of a high volume of recruitment
Creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics
Contact to external organisations (insurance companies, authorities, offices)
What you bring Excellent knowledge of English and German or French (spoken and written is mandatory)
3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience in HR-KPI and Reporting
Payroll knowledge is a plus
Organized, independent way of working with a high level of commitment
