Hobson Prior is seeking a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and positioning new over-the-counter (OTC) and pharmaceutical products in the market. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and sales growth across multiple categories, including dermatology, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

Responsibilities:
* Promote and list products at various sales points.
* Analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as clinics, distributors, and pharmacies.
* Customize solutions to meet the needs of each account.
* Collaborate with internal teams like marketing and sales.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
* Ensure timely product distribution and manage inventory.
* Train key accounts on product features and benefits.
* Create sales tools and educational materials.
* Monitor sales performance and provide reports.
* Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal teams to align objectives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing or Life Sciences preferred.
* Experience in sales within healthcare settings.
* Strong relationship management skills.
* Understanding of healthcare systems and policies.
* Knowledge of therapy and product areas.
* Proficiency in German and Italian; French and English are advantageous.
* Customer-focused with strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
