As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in the market, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Join market visits to generate leads for potential new team members
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors
* Gather valuable customer insights by being the voice of the customer, actively listening and engaging with them at every opportunity
* Participate in outbound call campaigns to reach out to potential or newly signed-up members and introduce them to the benefits of the organization
* Manage the onboarding process and provide support to people through the sign-up process
What you bring:
* Commercial studies, Business Administration, or any relevant field
* Previous experience in inside or outside sales is a plus
* Client-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
* Strong communication skills and highly self-autonomous
* Fluent in German, Italian, and English
