As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in the market, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Join market visits to generate leads for potential new team members
2. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors
3. Gather valuable customer insights by being the voice of the customer, actively listening and engaging with them at every opportunity
4. Participate in outbound call campaigns to reach out to potential or newly signed-up members and introduce them to the benefits of the organisation
5. Manage the on-boarding process and provide support to people through the sign-up process
What you bring:
1. Commercial studies, Business Administration, or any relevant field
2. Previous experience in inside or outside sales is a plus
3. Client-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
4. Strong communication skills and highly self-autonomous
5. Fluency in German, Italian, and English
