Global Knowledge and Learning Manager
Position:
The position exists in order to support Insights democratization & learnings sharing for the M&S and JTI community globally and provide support for platforms development and deployment focusing on on-going maintenance and long-term evolution to facilitate consumer-centric knowledge and best practice sharing in M&S and broader organization.
He/she will support the Director in required updates to the Leadership team about the progress and efficiency of the program.
What will you do – responsibilities:
1. Platform launch and ongoing maintenance:
Drive the growth and relevance of existing democratization platform by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, diverse, and business-relevant insights. Drive Strategic Insights Global agenda via the platform and foster a culture of knowledge sharing by engaging existing and new contributors through a structured and tailored approach.
2. Long-term platform development:
Ensure the platform evolves into a dynamic, well-connected, AI-based and competitive future-ready solution by continuously monitoring performance, user adoption metrics, and feedback, implementing key technical enhancements, and defining a long-term vision that positions it as the single source of truth for insights.
3. Insights Governance:
Support establishment of a proper insights governance framework and drive insight governance execution and maintenance via tools and platforms that are a part of connected insights eco-system. Strengthen governance efficiency for research projects, access rights and content moderation through the successful integration of the custom-built Research Management Module, ensuring research projects are effectively tracked, approved, and aligned with business needs at market and global HQ level.
4. Insights Communication:
Coordinate and guide Strategic Insights team communication and engagement by implementing a structured, multi-channel approach that increases awareness, relevance, and impact of key insights. Ensure seamless coordination across SI sub-pillars and Regions, optimize communication formats.
5. Agency monitoring:
Manage the agency(ies) supporting with platform and content production/update. Collaborate closely with D&IT to establish synergies in terms of content and in the management of the Platforms.
6. Learning solutions:
Ensure M&S learning solutions remain a valuable learning tool while exploring opportunities for integration with broader JTI learning initiatives by leveraging synergies with the Consumer Centricity pillar and Global L&D to maximize knowledge-sharing effectiveness.
Requirements:
* High standard of university degree (required) MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable).
* 8+ years work experience across different marketing areas (required).
* Proven experience in working in cross-functional / cross-country projects and teams.
* Experience in combination of roles in market and HQ (desirable).
* Past experience in strategic insights or marketing roles with experience of research execution (desirable).
* Past experience in digital agencies, or in FMCGs organizations managing learning or knowledge democratization programs and platforms (desirable).
* Solid experience with managing relationship with key internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors and in management of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and budget.
* Strong communication (verbal and written), leadership, and motivational skills (desirable people management experience).
* Project coordination skills and good capabilities in utilizing project management related KPIs and budgets.
* Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
